At CoffeeAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet coffee and tea experience. If your order does not meet our high quality standards, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unopened coffee, tea, or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our facility in good condition.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA number to the outside of your package and ship it to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested replacement item immediately.
