How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
Can I choose the grind level for my coffee order?
Yes, we offer several grind options including Whole Bean, Drip, French Press, and Espresso to suit your specific brewing method.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days for a replacement or store credit.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.
